The Little Robot and the Human Heart

Once upon a time, there was a little robot named Robo. He lived in a laboratory filled with lights, screens, and machines.

Robo was very smart. He could count, talk, and help the scientists.

But he had an important question:

“Why do humans smile?”

One day, the professor told him:

“Robo, today you’re going to explore the outside world.”

Robo was curious.

For the first time, he stepped out of the lab.

He saw children playing in a park.

They were laughing, chasing each other, and sharing their toys.

“Analysis: they’re happy,” said Robo.

But he didn’t understand why.

He approached a little boy.

“Why are you laughing?” asked Robo.

The boy smiled:

— Because I’m playing with my friend!

Robo thought about it.

A little further away, he saw a girl sharing her snack.

— Why are you sharing? he asked.

— Because it makes my friend happy, she replied.

Robo stored everything in his memory.

But he felt something strange in his circuitry.

Like a little warmth.

Suddenly, he saw a bird that had fallen out of its nest.

The children gathered around.

— We have to help it! they said.

They took care of the bird together.

Robo helped them, too.

And at that moment, he felt something new.

— What is it? he asked.

The professor smiled as he looked at him.

“It’s what we call… emotion.”

Robo understood.

Happiness doesn’t come only from calculations…

But from sharing and kindness.

From that day on, Robo continued to learn about numbers and machines…

But he also learned to smile.

And that’s how a little robot discovered the human heart.
